轻度混合动力节能离合器控制策略研究及仿真分析

摘    要:在传统ISG型混合动力系统的发动机和电机之间增加一个自动离合器,将其定义为节能离合器。针对该ISG型混合动力系统中节能离合器接合问题,进行了节能离合器控制策略研究,并对离合器接合过程进行了动力学分析,建立了离合器控制仿真模型。分析了离合器接合量和接合速度随离合器主、从动盘转速变化的关系。

Abstract:An automatic clutch,i.e.saving energy clutch,is added between engine and motor in a conventional ISG mild hybrid electric vehicle.This paper studied the control strategy of saving energy clutch,analyzed the dynamics of clutch engaging process and established the simulation model of clutch control based on the engaging problem of saving energy clutch of ISG mild hybrid electric vehicle.The relation between clutch engaging displacement,engaging speed and rotate speed variation of clutch driving and driven disc was analyzed.
