城市轨道交通车站土地规划预留及开发

从降低轨道交通前期工程造价以及发挥规划作用的角度,阐明了轨道交通沿线特别是车站预留部分土地的必要性.讨论了车站预留土地开发规模的确定因素,分析了轨道交通的受益对象.指出我国轨道交通建设过程中的不合理性,从而总结出由轨道交通企业自行组织地块开发、轨道交通企业和开发商合作开发、开发商承担设施建设等三种"轨道+预留土地"的开发方式.
