大型沉管隧道水下基础注浆试验平台的开发

摘    要:基于我国北方首座沉管隧道天津市滨海新区中央大道海河隧道工程,自主研发了“大型沉管隧道水下基础注浆试验平台”,试验平台由灌浆装置平台(即钢筋混凝土平台)、大型试验水池和浆液观察窗等三部分组成,以实地模拟沉管隧道工程基础处理即水下注浆工艺过程。通过试验平台验证了浆液的可泵性、流动性、和易性、缓凝性以及强度等重要性能指标,确定了浆液最佳配比,确保了该隧道基础注浆工艺的合理与可靠性。

Abstract:Upon the basis of the project of the first Haihe immersed-tube tunnel located near the Central Avenue of the New gin- hai District of Tianjin of North China,a "slip-casting test platform for underwater foundation of large-type immersed-tube tunnels" is developed on our own. The test platform is made up of three parts, namely,a slip-casting device platform (i. e. , a reinforced concrete platform), a large observation window and a test tank. It is used for the site-sim-ulation of the treatment of the foundation of immersed-tube tunnels, namely, the process of underwater slip-casting process. With the help of the test platform, the pumpability, liquidity, workability, retardation and other important performance indexes of slurry, such as strength, are verified, so as to help determine the best ratio of grout, and ensure the rationality and reliability of the grouting processes of the tunnel.
