倍他乐克联合安体舒通治疗肥厚型心肌病心力衰竭的疗效观察

目的 观察倍他乐克联合安体舒通治疗肥厚型心肌病并心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法 将60例肥厚型心肌病并心力衰竭患者随机分为倍他乐克组(A组，n=30)，给予倍他乐克6.25mg，2次/d，无不良反应，每周用量加倍，直至50mg，2次/d。倍他乐克联合安体舒通组(B组，n=30)，倍他乐克量用及方法同A组，加用安体舒通10mg，3次/d，一周后无不良反应，加量为20mg，3次/d，两组疗程均为6个月。治疗前后观察临床疗效、心率、血压、左室射血分数(LVEF)的变化。结果 A组临床 显效23..3%、有效66..7%、无效10..0%；B组临床 显效33..3%、有效63..4%、无效3..3%。心功能指标EF、心率两组治疗后与治疗前相比，均明显改善(P＜0..05)，治疗后B组优于A组(P＜0..05)。结论 倍他乐克联合安体舒通治疗肥厚型心肌病心力衰竭疗效优于单用倍他乐克。

The curative effect of Betaloc combined with antisterone in treating heart failure due to hypertrophic cardiomyopathy

Objective To observe the curative effect of Betaloc combined with Antisterone in treating heart failure due to hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. Methods Sixty patients with heart failure due to hypertrophic cardiomyopathy were randomly divided into Betaloc group (Group A, n=30)-which was given Betaloc 6.25mg,b. i. d., no adverse reactions were observed, and the dosage was weekly increased until it reached 50mg, b. i. d. -and group of Betaloc combined with Antisterone (Group B, n = 30). The dosage of and ways to administer Betaloc for Group B was the same as that of Group A,while Antisterone 10mg,t. i.d. was combined in use,and no adverse reaction was found one week later; then the dosage of Antisterone was increased to 20mg, t. i. d. The course of treatment for both groups was 6 months. The curative effect and the changes of heart rate, blood pressure and LVEF were observed before and after the treatment. Results For Group A, effectual 23.3 %, effective 66.7%, ineffective 10.0%. For Group B, effectual 33.3%, effective 63.4%. Compared with Group A, the curative effect of Group B was better (P < 0.05). Conclusion Betaloc combined with Antisrterone was more effective than the sole use of Betaloc in treating heart failure due to hypertro phic cardiomyopathy.
