较软弱地基基础设计方案技术经济比选

摘    要:对于较软弱地基条件下的小高层框架结构,天然地基、复合地基、桩基础3种方案在工程设计中都能满足规范要求。此文结合工程实例,重点针对这3种方案中较适用的天然地基柱下条形基础、CFG桩复合地基、挤扩支盘桩方案进行技术经济比选,力图为此种条件下的地基基础设计找到一种比较通用的最佳方案。

Abstract:In regard to small - sized high rise framed buildings, the three schemes of natural foundation, compound foundation and pile foundation can all meet the requirement of the specifications. Combined with engineering examples, this article performs a techno - economic comparison emphatically between the strip foundation below natural foundation columns, CFG pile compound foundation and impaction rootage - shaped pile foundation of the three schemes in a bid to find a maximum scheme in general use for the subsoil foundation under this condition.
