| 摘 要： | 针对公路建设中存在的环境问题及其产生的原因进行分析,从设计、施工、养护等方面提出一些环保措施,并指出在设计、施工及运营管理过程中应注意发挥公路各组成部分的环保功能,使其在保证运输功能的同时能对沿线环境产生积极的影响。

| Abstract: | The various causes for a series of environmental problems from highway construction are analyzed, and some measures of environment protection in highway design, construction and maintenance are also put forward in the paper, which points out that full play should be given to the environmental protection functions of each of the highway components in the course of highway design and construction and transport managing, so as to ensure the functions of highways in transportation and the active influence on highway environment. |
