船舶设备供应商综合评价方法研究

Research on the Comprehensive Evaluation Method of the Ship Equipment Suppliers

To select proper ship equipment suppliers is very important for ensuring the profit and quality of shipbuilding. In order to accomplish the comprehensive evaluation of ship equipment suppliers, the managers in shipbuilding corporation desiderate a simple and effective evaluation method which can give them a effective guidance. According to the characteristics of ship equipment suppliers, the system of comprehensive evaluation indexes is established in this paper. Then the member function of the judge ingredients is formulated based on the investigation of the experts. Moreover, the importance degree of the evaluation indexes is gained based on the AHP(analytic hierarchy process). Finally, the comprehensive evaluation method of ship equipment suppliers is set up based on the multiple fuzzy synthetic judging theory. The method is simple, effective and feasible. The managers in shipbuilding corporation are willing to apply the method in order to select proper suppliers of ship equipment.
