| Abstract: | Program management and business planning plays a decisive role in the research and production of research institute, the two are complementary. This paper discusses the workflow and the main points of program management and business planning based on research institute. Based on the above points, this paper presents two important relationships between program management and business planning, which have some guidance meaning to the management and planning work in the research institute. |
