摘    要:建立球形端面载体的催化转化器内部流动数学模型,对其内部流场进行三维数值模拟计算,分析速度分布和压力损失情况,得出球形端面载体比垂直端面载体具有较好的流动特性,为进一步改进和优化载体结构提供重要信息。

Abstract:In this article a catalytic converter interior flowing model for the globose end surface carrier was established,which can carry on the three-dimensional numerical simulant computation to its internal flowing field,analysis the velocity distribution and the pressure losing situation.Then a conclusion can be obtained that the flowing quality of the globose end surface carrier is better than the vertical end surface carrier,which provides an important information for how to further improve and optimize the carrier structure.
