中国健康老年女性红细胞压积参考值与地理因素的关系

为给制定中国健康老年女性红细胞压积参考值的统一标准提供科学依据，研究了中国77个单位测定的3859例健康老年女性的红细胞压积参考值与海拔高度、北纬度数、年均相对湿度、年均气温、年降水量5项地理因素的关系，发现海拔高度是影响老年女性红细胞压积参考值最主要的因素，随着海拔高度的逐渐增大，老年女性红细胞压积参考值也逐渐的增大。用数学回归的方法推导出了一个多元回归方程。依据红细胞压积参考值与地理因素的依赖关系把中国分为青藏区、西南区、西北区、东南区、华北区、东北区等6个区。

RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN REFERENCE VALUE(WINTROBE)OF CHINESE HEALTHY OLD FEMALE HEMATOCRIT AND GEOGRAPHICAL FACTORS

In order to supply a basis for uniting the reference value standard (Wintrobe) of Chinese healthy old female hematocrit, a research was made between the reference value of 3859 examples of Chinese old female hematocrit and five geographical factors, namely, altitude, latitude, relative humidity, annual average temperature and annual precipitation in China's 77 areas, which are determined by the way of Wintrobe's laws. It was found that altitude was the main factor influencing the reference value (Wintrobe) of Chinese healthy old female hematocrit. The reference value of hematocrit of Chinese healthy old female is increased with the increase of altitude. Applying the method of mathematical regression analysis, the multivariate regression equation was given out. If geographical index values are obtained in some area, the reference value(Wintrobe) of Chinese healthy old female heamtocrit of this area can be reckoned using the regression equation. Furthermore, according to the similarity of the reference value (Wintrobe ) of Chinese healthy old female hematocrit, China can be divided into six regions: Qinghai-Xizang region, Southwestern China, Northwestern China, Southeastern China, Northern China and Northeastern China.
