| 摘 要： | 通过分析以工作流为核心的公文流转信息集成系统,探讨实施一种新的OA模式-基于公文信息处理的办公自动化.公文信息处理办公自动化是利用打字(文印)室电子原文为信息源,通过信息处理系统将Word200x/Wps200x内码文件转换成文本文件、全文搜索该文本文件并截取相关的关键字段、自动建库、保留原文,最终实现信息共享,确保公文信息的规范性、时效性和准确性.
