摘    要:利用尾气分析浓度测试仪测量汽车所释放的尾气,通过分析仪测试所得到透水沥青路面光触媒涂覆层对汽车尾气降解,并对其渗水性能进行试验。探索纳米TiO2光触媒材料对汽车尾气降解效率的问题。研究结果表明:纳米TiO2光触媒溶液中只有纳米TiO2对汽车尾气有降解作用;随着时间的递增,这种材料的降解效率逐渐增加,并且在105分钟中的降解效率变化率最高;纳米TiO2光触媒材料在纳米二氧化钛/硅丙乳液为30%及其纳米TiO2光触媒材料涂覆量为30 g/900 cm2时,其降解效率最高;在透水沥青混合料表面涂敷这种材料,对透水沥青混合料的渗水性能影响很小。

Experimental Study on Degradation Efficiency of Photocatalyst Coating on Permeable Asphalt Pavement against Automobile Exhaust
Abstract:Automotive emission tester was used to detect the vehicle exhaust and, through the testing, it was found that photocatalyst coating on permeable asphalt pavement may cause the exhaust to be degraded, and then its water permeability was tested. Herein the degradation efficiency of nano-TiO2 photocatalyst material against vehicle exhaust was explored. The study result shows that, in nano-TiO2 photocatalyst solution, only nano-TiO2 plays the role of degradation against vehicle exhaust; as time goes by, the degradation efficiency of this material enhances gradually, and will reach maximum rate of change after 105 min degradation; the nano-TiO2 photocatalyst material is of most degradation efficiency when the nano-TiO2/silicon acrylic emulsion is 30 % and the coating amount is 30 g/900 cm2; while this material is coated on permeable asphalt mixture, there has minor effect on the water permeability of the mixture.
