掺水泥泡沫沥青冷再生混合料路用性能研究

摘    要:为优化泡沫沥青就地冷再生混合料级配,研究了水泥、机制砂和19~26.5 mm粗集料对泡沫沥青冷再生混合料路用性能的影响。结果表明:与不掺水泥相比,掺1.5%的水泥,冷再生混合料的冻融强度比、动稳定度、弯拉强度分别提高19.0%,160.0%,18.0%。机制砂掺量为20.0%时,与不掺机制砂相比,冻融劈裂强度比、动稳定度、抗弯拉强度可分别提高10.0%,62.0%,13.0%;9.5~19 mm粗集料掺量为10.0%~20.0%时,与不掺粗集料相比,动稳定度可至少提高96.0%。建议冷再生混合料中19~26.5 mm粗集料掺量为10.0%~20.0%,机制砂掺量为20.0%,水泥掺量为1.5%。

Study on Pavement Performance of Cold Regenerated Mixture of Foam Asphalt Mixed with Cement
Abstract:In order to optimize the gradation of local cold regenerated mixture of foam asphalt, the effect of cement, mechanical sand and coarse aggregate of 19~26.5 mm on the pavement performance of cold regenerated mixture of foam asphalt was studied. The results showed that with 1.5% cement,the freeze-thaw strength ratio, dynamic stability and flexural strength of the cold regenerated mixture increased by 19.0%, 160.0% and 18.0% respectively compared with that without cement. When the content of mechanical sand is 20.0%, the freeze-thaw split strength ratio, dynamic stability and flexural tensile strength can be increased by 10.0%, 62.0% and 13.0% respectively compared with that without mechanical sand;When the content of the coarse aggregate of 9.5~19 mm is 10.0%~20.0%, the dynamic stability can be improved by at least 96.0% compared with that without coarse aggregate;It is suggested that the content of coarse aggregate of 19~26.5 mm in cold regenerated mixtures is 10.0%~20.0%, that of mechanical sand 20.0% and that of cement 1.5%.
