钢筋应力计与光纤光栅传感器在桩基试验中的应用分析

摘    要:随着桩基技术的发展和监测要求的提高,钢筋应力计的测量存在着一些固有的不足,而光纤光栅传感器具有体积小、质量轻、灵敏度高、分布式或准分布式测量等优点。为此,对比分析了两者工作原理,并将两者同时应用在钻孔灌注桩现场荷载试验。结果表明:光纤光栅应变计监测方法对桩身轴力的变化极为敏感,且在整个桩基加载的历程中都可以实时连续地采集到桩身轴力的数据;此外,钢筋应力计的准确性相比于光纤光栅应变计会有明显的降低。

Application Analysis of Steel Stress Meter and Fiber Bragg Grating Transducer in Pile Foundation Test
Abstract:As pile foundation technology develops and the monitoring requirement enhances, there occur some inherent shortages on the measurement by steel stress meter, while FBG transducer’s advantages, such as small size, light weight, high sensitivity and distributed or quasi-distributed sensing, come out. Therefore, the principles were compared and analyzed, and then the both were applied simultaneously in on-the-spot load test on bored pile. The result shows that, FBG strain gauge has the monitoring mode extremely sensitive to the change of axial stress of pile and, in the whole process of loading, the real-time axial stress data may be collected continuously; moreover, for steel stress meter, there has a significant reduction on its accuracy, compared to FBG strain gauge.
