浅埋大跨地铁车站中洞法开挖技术研究

摘    要:乌鲁木齐轨道交通1号线工程05标段新兴街站主体采用中洞法分3层、9个洞室进行开挖,根据现场揭示地质情况,经数值模拟计算分析及施工监测,合理选择了中立柱施作的时机,加快了施工进度;通过对微风化砂岩地层爆破技术方案进行研究和优化,有效控制了爆破开挖对临时支护的破坏,较好地控制了地表沉降,确保了结构和施工的安全。

Study on Excavation Technology of Middle Hole Method in Shallow Buried and Long Span Subway Station
Abstract:The main body of Xinxingjie station in section 05 of Urumqi rail transit line 1 project was excavated by the middle hole method, including 3 floors and 9 chambers. According to the geological conditions revealed on site, through numerical simulation analysis and construction monitoring, the timing of the construction of the central pillar was reasonably selected to accelerate the construction progress. Through the study and optimization of blasting technical scheme of weak weathering sandstone formation, the destruction of temporary support caused by blasting excavation was effectively controlled, the surface settlement was well controlled and the safety of structure and construction was ensured.
