盾构隧道下穿铁路股道带压换刀施工技术研究

摘    要:杭州富水粉砂地层粉土粉砂含水量丰富,且易产生流砂,在土仓内建立并保持稳定的换刀环境特别困难。以杭州地铁1号线秋涛路站至城站站区间盾构隧道下穿铁路股道带压换刀施工为例,从地面加固、换刀前掘进控制措施、气压值确定、膨润土泥浆压注、土仓清仓建压等多种措施综合应用,确保了盾构隧道下穿铁路股道带压换刀安全。

Study on Construction Technology for Replacing Cutting Tool under Pressure in Shield Tunneling Beneath Rail Tracks
Abstract:The silt and silty sand in the water-rich silty sand stratum in Hangzhou is of abundant water and prone to quicksand, hence it is very difficult to build and keep a stable environment to replace cutting tool in soil warehouse.For the interval from Qiutaolu Station to Chengzhan Station of Hangzhou Metrol Line 1, taking the construction of replacing cutting tool in shield tunneling beneath rail tracks as the example, a variety of measures, including ground reinforcement, tunneling control before tool replacement, pressure value determination, bentonite slurry injection, soil warehouse clearance and pressure built, were applied to ensure the safety of such tool replacement and avoid the construction risk.
