高地温隧道温度场监测及施工降温技术研究

摘    要:以梅州至潮汕铁路丰顺隧道工程为依托,开展了高地温隧道现场温度和湿度监测,分析了高地温隧道温度场分布规律。监测结果表明:洞内湿度高达85.3%,温度高达32.1℃,大于规范规定的隧道施工期间洞内气温不得高于28.0℃的卫生及安全标准的要求。通过采用通风降温、铺设隔热层等多种施工降温措施,保证了隧道的正常施工。

Study on Temperature Field Monitoring for High Geothermal Tunnel and Cooling Technology in Construction
Abstract:Depending on the Fengshun Tunnel works on Meizhou-Chaoshan Railway, the on-site temperature and humidity monitoring for high geothermal tunnel was carried out to analyze the distribution law of the temperature field thereof. The monitoring result shows that the temperature inside the tunnel is up to 32.1℃,as the humidity is to 85.3%. To meet health and safety requirments,the temperture in the tunnel shall not exceed 28.0℃ during construction.The multiple cooling measures, such as ventilation and application of insulation layers, were used to guarantee the normal construction.
