激活多巴胺受体对大鼠脊髓背角Fos样蛋白生成的抑制作用

摘    要:以免疫细胞化学ABC法,观察多巴胺受体激动剂和桔抗剂对伤害性电刺激大鼠单侧后爪诱发的同侧腰段脊髓背角Fos阳性神经元的影响。发现伤害性电刺激诱发的Fos阳性神经元,多数位于同侧背角浅层,排列密集,少数位于同侧背角深层,排列稀疏;腹腔注射多巴胺受体激动剂使同侧背角浅层和深层的Fos阳性神经元显著减少,而多巴胺二型受体拮抗剂能够完全阻断多巴胺受体激动剂的抑制作用。提示多巴胺受体参与脊髓水平伤害性信息传递的调控。

Abstract:In the present experiment we used immunocytochemical labeling for the Fos-like pro-tein to determine the location of lumbar spinal cord nociresponsive neurons that are inhibited by activa-tion of the DA receptors. Electrical stimulation ap-plied to the unilateral hindpaw evoked numerous Fos-like immunoreactivity in the ipsilateral superfi-cial and deep laminae of the lumbar spinal cord. DA receptor agonist injected intraperitoneally reduced significantly Fos-like immunoreactivity in these re-gions, and this effect was blocked by D2 receptor an-tagonist completely. These data demonstrate that DA receptors are involved in the modulation of transmission of nociceptive in formation at spinal lev-el.
