城轨车辆剪切型叠层橡胶弹簧稳定性研究

摘    要:用于欧洲某型城轨车辆转向架的一系剪切型叠层橡胶弹簧具有结构简单、重量轻、垂向挠度大及承受载荷大等优点,但在研制的过程中发现,弹簧在极限载荷作用下出现严重的失稳现象。文章从理论与工程结构的角度分析了类似的剪切型叠层橡胶弹簧的失稳情况,解决了产品的失稳问题。

Abstract:The single-stage shearing laminate rubberspring,which used forone European urban rail vehicle,has the advantages of simply structure,light weight,large vertical deflection ability and high load bearing ability.But during the development process,it’s found that the spring has high unstable phenomenon under ultimate bearing.This paper analyses the unstable phenomenon for a similarshearing laminate rubberspring fromthe theory and the engineering structure,and solves the problemof unstable.
