HCG放射免疫测定法临床应用小结

本文应用HCG(LH)放射免疫测定法探讨了其对临床的意义。共测定了正常妇女22例,早孕妇女82例,中孕雷佛奴尔引产者5例,绒癌和葡萄胎术后疗效观察者47例,促黄体生成素释放激素(简称LRH)兴奋试验者5例,以及其它疾病患者36例。实验结果证明:本测定法具有灵敏度高、特异性强、定量精确等优点。在诊断早孕、葡萄胎、绒癌、LH测定和计划生育的研究工作方面,是一个很有用的研究工具,它为诊断和疗效观察可提供重要的客观依据。

Brief of Clinical Application of HCG—RIA

Human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG)was measured by radioimmunoassay (RIA) in 22 normal women, 82 cases with eariy pregnancy, 5with mid-term abortion induced by using ”Rivanol", 47 with Postoperated choriocarcinoma and hydatidiform mole, 5 with amenorrhea haning LRH Stimulationtest and 36 with other diseases,The results demonstrate this method has many advan: tages for the measurement of HCG, Such as high Sensitivity, Specificity and guantitative accuraey It is a useful method for the diagnosis and research of early pregnacy, hydatidiform mole, choriocarcinoma and family planning, It also provides an important objective basis for the diagnosis and observative of curative effects。
