天津港防波堤延伸工程口门方案研究

摘    要:根据发展的需要,天津港拟在原25万t航道北侧增加一条10万t级航道。由于航道宽度增加,设计口门宽度由900 m增加到1550 m,在现场实测资料分析的基础上,利用潮流、泥沙数学模型对口门拓宽后口门附近流场以及航道淤积情况进行了研究,建立波浪数学模型,对南疆码头附近泊稳以及波峰面高程进行了研究,主要结论是与原900 m时相比,口门拓宽后口门附近流态基本没有发生变化,航道淤强略有增加,但幅度不大,而口门拓宽后30万t油码头处波高有所增大,不能满足设计要求,将北防波堤向海延伸500 m后,30万t油码头处波高可以满足设计要求。

Abstract:According to the need of development,an extra 100 000 ton channel is to be built in the north side of the existing 250 000 ton channel in Tianjin Port.Because the width of the channel is increasing,the designed width of the entrance increases correspondingly from 900 m to 1 550 m.Based on the analysis of the measured data at the scene,this paper does a research on the flow field near the entrance and the siltation in the channel after the entrance is widened by using the numerical models of current and sediment.Further more,a wave mathematical model is built to research the mooring and the height of the wave crest level near the Nanjiang wharf.The main conclusion is that after the width of the entrance is widen from 900 m to 1 550 m,the flow field near the entrance has no change,the siltation in the channel near the entrance has a slight increase and the wave height at the foreland zone of 300 000 tons of oil terminal is too large and more than the designed wave height.After the breakwater is extended 500 m to sea,the wave height at the foreland zone of 300 000 tons of oil terminal will be reduced and meet the design requirements.
