基于万吨溢油回收船的平面被动式减摇水舱优化及模型试验研究

摘    要:为了进一步掌握平面被动式减摇水舱中水位变化对减摇效率的影响规律,为减摇水舱总体设计提供参考。根据目标船和减摇水舱结构特点,选择5档水舱水位和无水状态分别进行静水横摇衰减模型试验、规则波模型试验和4级海况不规则波模型试验,针对减摇水舱水位变化对目标船固有周期、阻尼特性、减摇效率的影响规律进行分析,确定最佳水位区间。研究结果表明,水舱水位增加对目标船横摇固有周期和阻尼系数都有影响,水舱水位在水舱总高50%以内,减摇效率随水位增加而提高,在50%~60%之间减摇效率最高,超过60%时,减摇效率有降低趋势。

Abstract:In order to further master the influence rule of water level change on the anti-rolling efficiency of free-surface passive anti-rolling tank, it provides a reference for the overall design of the anti-rolling tank. According to the structural character of target ship and anti-rolling tank, five water levels of anti-rolling tank and the condition without water were chosen for the roll decay model testes, regular wave model testes and irregular wave testes at 4 level sea state. Aimed at the variety rule of the natrue period, damping characteres, anti-rolling effect influenced by the water level change, the analysis were carried out to find the optimization water level. The results revealed that the change of water level will cause influence on the roll natrue period and roll damping coefficient of target ship, anti-rolling effeciency advance with the water level increase when the water less than 50% of the anti-rolling tank height, the tiptop of anti-rolling effeciency occur when the water level between 50%~60% of the anti-rolling tank height, and anti-rolling effeciency make a decline trend when the water level more than 60% of the anti-rolling tank height.
