| 摘 要： | 在轨道网络形成期,轨道交通客流通常需要3 a的培育期.文中以缩短客流培育期,更快、更好地发挥轨道交通效益为目标,提出内外兼修的轨道交通客流培育与聚集策略.既强调通过轨道交通自身服务水平的不断提高增强竞争力,又强调轨道交通与其他接驳交通方式良好合作和提供多种方式的延伸、驳运服务主动聚集和培育客流.针对6～10 km中短距离出行,提出实施客流逐步升级策略;对于10 km以上的长距离出行,提出实施客流直接转移策略.
