蒸汽动力舰船汽轮机油散发挥发性有机物的组成特征

摘    要:利用 Tenax-TA 吸附管采样和 ATD-GC/MS 检测方法分析某舰船蒸汽动力系统汽轮机油散发挥发性有机物(VOCs)的组成特征。结果显示:散发口附近污染物浓度最高达16.1 mg/m3,为舱室环境浓度(0.83 mg/m3)的近20倍。除常见的芳香烃和烷烃外,散发口附近还检出高浓度的2,6-二叔丁基苯酚(DTBP),该物质为汽轮机油添加剂的主要成分之一。由此建议我国在进行舰船舱室空气治理时,应加强污染源头控制,开展汽轮机油品质改进和蒸汽动力系统优化设计。

Research on the composition of volatile organic compounds released from lubricating oils in steam power ship
Abstract:The volatile organic compounds (VOCs) released from a marine steam turbine oil system was sampled with Tenax-TA tube and analyzed by thermal desorption and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (ATD-GC/MS). The results show that higher TVOC mass concentration of 16.1 mg/m3 is detected in released gas, which is about twenty times than that of background (0.83 mg/m3). Besides the common aromatic compounds and alkanes, higher concentration of 2,6-2 tertiary butyl phenol (DTBP) is also detected, which is used as additive in turbine oil. In order to control the cabin air pollution, we must strengthen the control of the sources of pollution, by improving the turbine oil quality and the steam power system design.
