摘 要: | 针对圆柱形空腔吸声覆盖层低频吸声性能比较差,建立多层材料圆柱形空腔结构覆盖层的COMSOL有限元模型,通过采用波导有限元-传递矩阵法对有限元模型的验证并对其进行吸声特性数值仿真分析。结果表明:理论计算与数值仿真的曲线趋势大致吻合则该有限元模型有效;多层材料吸声覆盖层低频吸声特性明显优于单层材料吸声覆盖层,并且采用不同穿孔率、损耗因子、杨氏模量等参数的变化分析了各种参数的变化对吸声系数曲线的影响,为下一步的声学优化提供了具体指导。

Analysis of the absorption characteristics of the multiple-layered material anechoic coating based on COMSOL |

Abstract: | Since the poor property of multiple-Layered material cylindrical-hole layer absorption coating at low low-frequency,the COMSOL finite element model of multiple-layered material cylindrical-hole layer absorption coating was built. The finite element model was test to analyze the absorption characteristics by using the waveguide finite element-transfer matrix method. The calculation results indicate that the curve of the theoretical calculation and numerical simulations was roughly the same so the finite element model is valid.By the analysis of the finite element,the absorption characteristics of this kind of the multi-layer material structure are superior to the monolayer material structure. Besides, the future acoustic optimization is guided by the influence of absorption effect of the different punching rate ,lossfactors,Young modulus. |
