| 摘 要： | 通过对基于信息系统的指挥控制能力生成的要素分析,构建了基于信息系统的指挥控制能力的评估指标体系。基于层次分析法和模糊综合评价法,建立了评估模型。最后,通过实例指出了模型的合理性和评估结果的可信性。

| Abstract: | Through the ability to command and control based on information system of factor analysis, build the evalua tion index system. Based on the analysis of hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, provide an evaluating mod el. Finally the experiment result shows that the evaluation model is reasonable and the evaluation result is credible. |
