摘    要:针对串联式混合电动公交车BJD6100HEV的工作特性,确定了发动机发电机辅助动力系统的"恒温器"控制策略,并对整车动力系统主要部件牵引电机、电池组、发动机与发电机组进行了选型。利用ADVISOR软件构建了车辆仿真模型,在一定驱动循环下的仿真计算结果表明,所选元件性能参数匹配合理,控制策略可行,能够计算得到辅助动力单元最佳工作点,实现优化控制,为下一步实验研究奠定了基础。

Abstract:On the basis of analyzing the fundamental working modes of the BJD6100HEV, the "Thermostat" control strategy applied to the APU (Auxiliary Power Unit) consisted by the engine and the generator is determined.Main components of the power-train for the series hybrid electric bus are selected, such as traction motor, battery pack, engine and gen-set. The vehicle system modeling and simulation are carried out based on the ADVISOR software. The results of the calculation under certain drive-cycles show that the performance parameter matching of the main components is rational and the control strategy is feasible. The best working point of APU can be calculated and the optimization control can be realized. It provides reference and basic theory for the next step experiment research of the series hybrid electric bus.
