| 摘 要： | 对“先锋号”电动车组转向架一系簧下的结构参数进行了轻量化研究 ,提出了轻量化的具体方案。通过对轻量化后的主要承载件有限元分析 ,保证其强度满足规范要求 ,并将轻量化前后的整车动力学性能进行仿真计算比较。阐述了该轻量化方案能减轻簧下质量、提高整车动力学性能 ,并便于动车组的检修。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the lightening research for the unsprung structural parameter of the bogie of Xianfeng EMU is done,then the material scheme for lightening is presented The FEM analysis on the main lightened parts bearing loads show that the strength of the main parts is sure to comply with the criterion The dynamic performance of the car about before and after lightening is compared by simulating It is also expounded that this lightening scheme can lighten the unsprung mass,improve the dynamic performance of the car,and is convenient for the inspection and repair of EMU. |
