摘    要:在研究危险品货物运输监控现状的基础上,提出基于RFID、GPS、GPRS和GIS的危险品货物全程监控模型以及基于RFID和IC卡的"人、车、货"匹配模型,有效的实现危险品货物运输的全程监控。在此基础上设计车载终端体系结构并开发了显示界面,实现车辆状态信息、货物状态信息的显示和路线三维模拟。最后基于ArcgisEngine开发监控系统的显示界面,实现车辆实时显示、轨迹回放和位置查询等,并用模拟数据进行验证。

Abstract:The whole transport process monitoring model is provided in which dangerous goods fall into RFID, GPS, GPRS and GIS, matching the model of "Drivers, Vehicle and Goods" based on RFID and IC card. On the foundation of those, it presents the framework of vehicle terminal and develops its display in- terface which realizes the three-dimensional simulation of vehicle, goods and routine. Finally, the monito- ring display screen based on ArcgisEngine is developed to realize the real-time display of vehicle, track re- display and position searching, which is verified by imitating data.
