市政工程深基坑综合降水技术分析

摘    要:结合工程实例,分析复杂条件下的综合降水方案的选定及实施过程,使用内径为Φ300mm的高强UPVC井管,外包两层60~80目的尼龙网以及UPVC管加工而成,使用空隙率不小于25%的滤管,采用沉淀管和滤料等降水措施。遇到土方开挖和围护结构性渗漏情况时,采用高压旋喷桩加固围护结构,同时,对渗漏点采用双液注浆进行加固的应对措施,取得的一些经验可供类似工程借鉴。

Abstract:Based on the practice, it presents the selection and application of a comprehensive dewatering scheme under complicated conditions, which include the use of high-strength UPVC well pipes with an in- ternal diameter of Ф300 mm (made from UPVC well pipes wrapped by two layers of 60 to 80-mesh nylon net), filter tubes with porosity no less than 25 %, sedimentation pipes and filtering medias. During the ex- cavation of earthwork, the enclosure structure is required to be strengthened hy use of high pressure rota- ting spouting piles and double-liquid grouting method in leakage points, from which the experiences can be covered in the similar projects.
