Necessity and Feasibility for Passenger Transport Hub in Liuhe District of Nanjing

On the basis of analyzing the social economic background and the passenger traveling status quo, this paper outlines the necessity for the construction of a passenger hub in Liuhe from the following aspects, such as satisfying the upper planning, accelerating the city development, according to the need for traveling, completing the whole system and promoting the status of the hub. Besides, this paper also demonstrates the feasibility for the hub from the condition of passenger source, traffic distribution, land supply, land geology and the other supporting facilities.
