| 摘 要： | 随着建筑业的不断发展,检测市场从当初由各地政府检测机构所垄断的状况,转变成了开放型市场。在这个转换过程中,有些检测机构及施工单位为了各自的利益,工程质量检测出现了弄虚作假的情况,使检测的公正性、科学性和权威性严重受损。针对这一状况,提出了如何加强建设工程质量检测管理的一些看法。

| Abstract: | Along with the continuing development of construction industry,the quality inspection market transfers from the monopoli- zation by government to an opened market.However,some inspection organizations and constructors,for the sake of themselves, have made some deceptive activities,which blemished the reputation of justice,scientific and authority of the inspection.This article presents some discussion regarding how to enhance the construction quality inspection administration. |
