船用主柴油机失效排气门检测与分析

摘    要:观察了某远洋轮主柴油机失效排气门的显微组织和裂纹形态,检测了气门材料和腐蚀产物的成分,认为燃烧产物中的硫和钒的氧化物对气门密封面的腐蚀,是导致该气门产生裂纹的主要原因;高温燃气冲刷及冲击负荷的作用,加速了该气门的失效,其过程是由沿晶界龟裂,然后以此为裂源而引起的疲劳扩展.

Abstract:The microstructure and crack forms of the exhaust valve of the diesel engine were observed,and thechemical compositions of the valve material and corrosive matter in the cracks were examined.It is pointed out thatcorrosion action of S and Voxidation on the seal surface of the exhaust valve was main reason that resulted in crackin exhaust valve.And the brush of high temperature gas and impact load speeded failure.The cracks on valve sur-face are primarily emerged due to inter crystalline chap,then fatigue propagation resultthese cracks which appear asfatigue origins.
