| 摘 要： | 本文在实验研究的基础上,分析了药芯焊丝减少结构件焊接变形的机理。首先通过在钢板上堆焊金属,对比了相同电流和电压条件下药芯焊丝和实芯焊丝的焊缝截面形状,据此分析研究了在相同的焊接规范下采用两种焊丝焊接时的能量分配情况。结果显示:采用药芯焊丝焊接时输入结构件的热量明显少于采用实芯焊丝焊接时输入结构件的能量。然后通过在对接板上进行焊接实验,测试了相同电流和电压条件下采用药芯焊丝和实芯焊丝焊接时的反变形量。对比两种焊丝在焊接同一个结构件时的能量分配和反变形量,得出了用药芯焊丝焊接时可以减少结构件焊接变形的结论。
