| Abstract: | This paper makes an introduction to the effect on the marine insurance by the implementation of ISM Code. The ISM Code affects the imparting duty to the insurant, the implied warranty, importance cognizance, and the effect of insurers?proof. In liability insurance, following the regulations of the Code is the qualification of accepting insurance for P& I Clubs. |
