摘    要:通过某型高强化柴油机全工况热平衡台架试验,确定了该柴油机各工况下燃油释放热量的分配关系及冷却系统各部件的热力学参数和阻力参数,为下一步实现冷却系统的改进及智能化控制提供基础数据;分析了柴油机外特性及2200 r/min负荷特性各工况点有用功、冷却水带走热量及废气带走热量的变化规律,为提高柴油机有效效率指明了方向。

Abstract:Through the diesel full condition heat balance bench test,the distribution relationship of fuel release heat and the thermodynamic and resistance parameters of cooling system in each operation condition were determined,which provided the foundation for the improvement and intelligent control of cooling system.The laws of useful work,heat absorbed by cooling water and heat absorbed by exhaust gas under full loads and partial loads of 2 200 r/min were analyzed,which pointed out the direction of diesel effecti...
