卢浦大桥钢结构工程关键技术

摘    要:上海卢浦大桥为主跨550 m的提篮式钢拱桥,是目前世界上最大跨径的拱桥。施工设计中采用两项关键技术,三维实体建模虚拟建造技术和S355N细晶粒结构钢焊接工艺新技术。利用软件MDT及自编扩展模块将卢浦大桥主桥钢结构中所有构件,全部用三维实体建模的方式建立在一个三维空间模型之中。运用三维实体建模虚拟建造技术,解决结构细部尺寸精确计算和匹配问题,给出三维建模的原则、方法及实例。S355N细晶粒结构钢焊接工艺新技术解决新工艺技术质量与工期的矛盾。桥梁主体刚结构采用S355N细晶粒结构钢,大规模采用FCAW焊接方法,通过焊接试验、焊接工艺参数的选择方法、预热、后热及其他焊接工艺措施保证FCAW焊接方法的实施。大桥于2003年6月建成通车。

Abstract:Shanghai Lupu Bridge is a fully steel structure fabricated bridge with mainspan 550 m.Its structureis combined by spacelifting-middle bearingtype arch box beams.Until now,withinthe same type bridgeintheworld,it isthe bridge withthe maxi mumspan.For this bridge,there aretwo keytechniques appliedinthefab-ricate process,one is 3Dreal-size modeling si mulated erection technique for fabricate drawing design,and theother is welding technology developed for welding S355Nfine granular structure steel.By using software MDTand sob-programs developed,all parts of LUPUBRIDGEsteel structure were composedin a 3D model.By this3D model established,all detail size were calculated and checked precisely.At some places,mismatches werefound andthen corrective actions had beentaken.The principle,method andsome examples of 3D modeling aregivenin the text.Bythe weldingtechnology developedfor welding S355Nfine granular structure steel,the de-livery ti me and quality have been ensured.For S355Nsteel welding,multiple processes were adopted,but mainprocess was FCAW.For all processes adopted,welding procedure qualifications have been conducted.Throughsuitable processes selected,preheating,postheating and others,the fabricate quality and delivery ti me of thisbridge have been both ensured.This bridge was finished and opened to traffic in June 2003.
