| 摘 要： | 由于部分轮型受设计限制,导致了铸造工艺有较多不确定因素,如内部针孔、疏松等,在轮毂加工过程中会不同程度地显现出来,尤其是光亮面加工更为明显。经过长期研究,采用了特种刀具、特殊的工艺参数进行光亮面加工,大大提高了铸件成品率;用挤压加工工艺解决车轮铸件表面针孔、疏松的方法是一种简便、可操作性强、能提高成品率、降低生产成本、提高经济效益的好方法。

| Abstract: | Limited by some wheel type design,which leads to the existence of uncertain factors,such as interior pinholes,loose which will display during the glazed surface.The extrusion working can solve all the troubles mentioned above.What＇s more the application of special tools and special process can deal with glazed surface working. |
