犬冠状动脉内植入国产铂-铱(Pt-Ir)合金支架的实验研究

目的　评估国产铂 -铱 (Pt- Ir)合金支架的有关物理性能和生物相容性 ,为临床应用提供初步的实验依据。方法　将国产铂 -铱 (Pt- Ir)合金支架植入犬冠状动脉左旋支中段 ,分别在 1周、1月、6月进行病理学观察。结果　支架成功植入 1 6只犬左旋支中段 ,1只犬在植入支架 2 1 h后因形成急性血栓而死亡。支架植入后 1周、1月及 6月造影证实管腔通畅。组织病理学显示支架植入后 1周新生内膜开始覆盖支架 ,组织炎症反应轻微 ;1月时新生内膜完全包绕支架 ,组织炎症反应趋于消失 ;6月时新生内膜不再增厚 ,无炎症反应。结论　国产铂 -铱 (Pt- Ir)合金支架具有以下特点 :1使用简单、方便 ;柔韧性好、支撑力强。 2生物相容性好 ;动脉长期开通率高。 3X光可见性好。符合现有国际支架的标准

Pt-Ir alloy stent made in China implanted in the coronary artery of dog

Objective To assess the biocopatibility and the relevant physics characteristics of domestic Platinum Iridiun alloy stent.Methods The domestic stents were implanted in the left circumflex(LCX) of coronary artery of 16 dogs.The histologic examination was carried on in 1 week ( n =5),4 weeks( n =5) and 24 weeks( n =5) respectively.Results The stents were successfully implanted into the middle segment of LCX in 16 animals.One died of acute thrombosis within 21 hours of stent implantation .Angiography revealed all vessels were patent;Histopathologic examination revealed the neointimal tissue began to cover the stent wire at 1 week ,few inflammatory cells were seen near the stent struts.At 4 weeks , the stent struts were embeded in the artery tissue, almost no inflammatory cells were seen.In 24 weeks ,neointimal tissue was thinner than that of 4 weeks,no inflammatory cell was extravasated.Conclusion This study demonstrates that the domestic Pt Ir alloy stent ,which is simply using, easy flexibility to cross the curving coronary artery, high radial force,good biocompatibillity and vessel patence,accords with international stent standar.
