船舶柴油机超低温排烟余热锅炉的设计

余热锅炉是船舶主机余热利用系统中的重要设备。为了综合利用船舶主机余热,文章结合船舶主机的特点以及传统余热锅炉的设计方法,以哈尔滨工程大学船舶柴油机余热利用系统中应用的三压式超低温排烟余热锅炉为例,给出一种新型船舶柴油机超低温排烟余热锅炉的设计方法和特点。定量分析比较了采用大小管径对锅炉整体质量尺寸的影响,结果显示,小管径在质量、尺寸上表现优越,适合在船舶动力系统中使用。此外,还推导出余热锅炉受热面采用螺旋翅片管时换热面积及烟道流通面积的计算公式,并提出受热面管束6种错列布置方式,可供相关行业参考。

Design of the Marine Diesel Engine Waste Heat Boiler

The waste heat boiler is an important equipment in the waste heat utilization system of the ship main engine.In order to comprehensively utilize the ship main engine waste heat,this paper gives design methods and characteristics of a new type of marine diesel engine ultra low temperature exhaust heat boiler, and this paper combine characteristics of ship engine waste heat boiler with traditional design methods, as an example of three pressure-ultra low temperature exhaust heat boiler applied in marine diesel engine waste heat utilization system of Harbin engineering university.This paper quantitatively analyzes and compares the influence of the heat exchanger tube diameter on the whole weight and size of the boiler.The result shows that small tube diameter perform better in weight and size, it means that small tube diameter is more suitable for marine power system.In addition, this paper also gives the formula of the heat transfer area and the flue circulation area of waste heat boiler with spiral finned tube.Besides,this paper gives 6 kinds of staggered arrangement of tube bundle to provide a reference for related industries.
