| 摘 要： | 对我国乡镇工业的环境污染问题进行了深入的调查研究。通过统计数据分析论证了乡镇工业污染源点多面广，污染源不断上升；污染物排放量迅速增加；污染物处理率、达标率低；污染物排放量迅速增加；污染物处理率、达标率低；污染范围呈现产业与区域的相对集中性等4个基本特征，并提出解决乡镇工业环境污染7个方面的对策措施。

| Abstract: | Investigated and studied thoroughly to the environmental pollution in villages and towns industries in China and analyzed the statistical data,this paper demonstrates four essential features of the environmental pollution:multitudinous pollution sources and a trend of growth;pollution emission raising rapidly;a low pollution disposal rate and qualified rate;pollution scope relatively centralizes on several industries and regions,and finally presents seven countermeasures to settle the problem of environmental pollution in villages and towns industries. |
