摘    要:为解决传统预制装配式桥梁结构用于互通区桥梁时存在的问题及局限,提出了一种新型混凝土叠合结构桥梁的设计方法,在详细研究合理梁间距、梁高选择及结构尺寸拟定的基础上,对该结构的受力进行了分析,并提出了方便可行的施工方法;据此,进一步通过对结构布梁方案、预制边梁外挑臂处理、横梁与预制梁连接等构造的研究,提出了提升结构标准化、工厂化制造水平的具体措施。近期的工程实践经验表明,本文提出的新型预应力混凝土叠合结构桥梁,较好地达到了互通区小半径曲线、变宽及超高变化路段桥梁的安全优质、施工便捷和经济耐久的目的。

Research on New Prestressed Concrete Superposed Bridge

Abstract:In order to solve the problems and limitations of traditional precast bridge structures applied to interchange bridges,this paper puts forward a new design method of the concrete superposed bridge.Based on the detailed study of the reasonable beam spacing,the selection of beam height and the formulation of the structure size,the stress of the structure is analyzed,and a convenient construction method is proposed.Based on the research of the beam layout scheme,the external cantilever treatment of the prefabricated side beam and the connection between the crossbeam and the precast beam,the specific measures to improve the standardization and industrialization level of the structure are put forward.Recent engineering experience shows that this new structure can achieve the goal of safety,high quality,convenient construction and economic durability of bridges in small radius curves,widening and superelevation variation sections of interchange areas.
