| 摘 要： | 对我院1988年11月至1993年2月门诊77例不明原因的反复自然流产患者进行免疫治疗,并经人类白细胞抗原（HLA）组型测定,发现含有相同人类白细胞抗原的反复自然流产（RSA）患者的治疗效果显著（74.07％）,而不含相同HLA抗原者疗效较差（39.13％）,两者有显著差异（P<0.01）。采用皮内注射丈夫淋巴细胞和输入丈夫全血免疫治疗较用自身淋巴细胞皮内注射效果显著（P值分别为<0.01与<0.05）。提示对不明原因的RSA进行免疫治疗,方法简单,疗效满意。

| Abstract: | From Nov. 1988 to Feb. 1993, we applied immunotherapy to 77 patients with unknown recurrent spontaneous abortion (RSA) and detected Human Leukcocyte Antigen (HLA) at the same time, finding that it was more effective for RSA patients with identical artigen (74. 07%) than for those without identical antigen (39. 13%). There was significant difference between them (P<0.01). Among the three different methods of immunotherapy, hypodermic injection of husband's lymph cell or blood was more effective than hypodermic injection of the patient's lymph cell (P<0.01 and P<0.05 respectively). This indicates that immunotherapy is a very simple but effective method for patients with unknown RSA. |
