2205双相不锈钢SAW焊接热裂纹消除

摘    要:在2205双相不锈钢设备埋弧焊(Submerged Arc Welding, SAW)焊接过程中,焊缝中心位置产生纵向开裂,经分析裂纹为因焊缝宽深比过大而形成的热裂纹。使用新焊接工艺焊接试板和工件,并经相关检测发现,通过改善焊接工艺参数改变焊缝表面轮廓,有助于消除焊缝中心纵向热裂纹。

Abstract:During Submerged Arc Welding (SAW) of 2205 two-phase stainless steel equipment, the longitudinal cracking occurs at the weld center, which is analyzed as the hot crack caused by the excessive weld ratio of width to depth. By welding the test plate and workpiece with the new welding procedure, and through the relevant testing, it is found that changing the weld surface profile by improving the welding procedure parameters can help to eliminate the longitudinal hot crack at the weld center.
