强受力甲板机械环氧垫块实际应用

摘    要:甲板机械底脚配装的垫块尺寸变大,不仅提高设备安装的工艺要求,而且增加重量。采用环氧浇注垫块可显著提高安装的工艺效果,免除设备底座的精加工要求,降低垫块重量。以铺管船弃置与回收(Abandonment and Recovery, AR)绞车环氧垫块为例,介绍强受力甲板机械环氧垫块的应用分析及在环氧强度计算中强度不符的优化方法。

Abstract:The filling blocks outfitted for deck machinery footing become larger in the size, which not only improves the technological requirements of equipment installation, but also increases the weight. The use of epoxy casting filling block can significantly improve the technological effect of installation, avoid the fine processing requirement of equipment base, and reduce the filling block weight. Taken the epoxy filling block of Abandonment and Recovery (A&R) winch on pipelaying vessel for example, the application analysis of epoxy filling block for highly stressed deck machinery and the optimization method of strength mismatch in the epoxy strength calculation are introduced.
