摘    要:结合船舶建造质量管理内容和船舶企业实际情况,对智能制造流水线环境下的质量检验数据采集技术进行研究.建立船舶建造质量检验数据采集实现路径,从精度检测数据采集、焊缝检测数据采集和常规检验数据采集等3个方面提出相应的技术方案,可显著改善质量检验数据采集速度慢、效率低的现状,帮助船舶企业进一步提升质量管理水平.

Abstract:Combined with the content of ship construction quality management and the actual situation of ship enterprises, the quality inspection data acquisition technology under the environment of intelligent manufacturing assembly line is studied. The realization path of ship construction quality inspection data acquisition is established, and the corresponding technological schemes are proposed in precision detection data acquisition, weld detection data acquisition, and routine inspection data acquisition, which can significantly improve the current situation of slow speed and low efficiency in the quality inspection data acquisition, and can help the ship enterprises to further improve the quality management level.
