| 摘 要： | 伴随着交通基础建设的大发展,高职院校在路桥企业实习的学生党员越来越多,加强对实习生党员的教育管理显得尤为重要.文章通过对实习生党员进行问卷调查,分析实习生党员教育管理现状,探讨解决在路桥企业实习的学生党员教育管理难题的对策.

| Abstract: | With the great development of transport infrastructure construction, the vocational colleges have more and more student Party Members under the internship in road and bridge enterprises,thus to strengthen the education management for intern Party Members is particularly important.This article, through the questionnaire survey on intem Party Mem- bers,analyzed the current education management situation for intem Party Members, and discussed the countermeasures to solve the education management problem for student Party Members under the internship in road and bridge enterprises. |
