| 摘 要： | 针对大连制盖厂１９９１年引进设备－－ＩＮＰ胶体热模塑衬垫机的模压头与原引进生产线的自动冲床的冲头不配套，导致注衬垫时内衬垫材料外溢，影响瓶盖的密封性能这一问题，通过改进内衬材料配方和高速模塑压头，成功地解决了这一问题。

| Abstract: | The dismatch is between the press head of mold of colloid- thermal - plastic- pad - makingmachine which Dalian lid manufacturing plant made a introduction in 1991 and the clash head of theself- motion punch of the original product line. The dismatch causes that the pad material overflowsand the airproof performance is poor. Betterment of the composition of the pad's material andredesigning the press head can solve the problem. |
