连续皮带机配套TBM出碴技术探讨

摘    要:以辽宁省大伙房水库输水一期工程TBM2标为例,通过经济性、环保性、出碴效率等方面综合对比,进行TBM施工配套出碴方式的选择,并就皮带的带宽、材质等参数选择进行详细介绍,然后从连续皮带机系统组成、工作原理、结构型式及使用方法等方面进行阐述,并对连续皮带机使用过程中需注意的问题及解决办法进行总结,实现连续皮带机系统与TBM设备有效结合,确保良好施工环境的同时充分发挥了TBM高效施工的特点。

Abstract:Analysis is made on the economical efficiency, environmental protection performance and mucking efficiency of continuous belt conveyor systems, with TBM2 bid section of the first stage of Dahuofang Water Diversion Project in Liaoning province as an example, so as to select a proper mucking method. The selection of the widths and materials of the belt are presented in detail. The components, working principles, structure types and operation manners of the continuous belt conveyor system are described, items to which attention should be paid during the operation of the continuous belt conveyor system are summarized and countermeasures are proposed. In the end, effective cooperation between the TBM and the continuous belt conveyor system has been achieved, good construction environment has been ensured and high construction efficiency has been obtained.
