Influencing Factors of Stamping Forming Rebound Simulation

Stamping simulation technology has been widely used in stamping die development process. With continually increasing demands of the stamping precision, a new problem i.e. stamping forming rebound has been occurred. The causes of stamping forming rebound and the mechanics model of material rebound is introduced. And seven factors in the process of stamping forming rebound are described. It is indicated that the bigger blank pressing force is most obvious in restraining rebound. In order to ensure the dimensions check up, forming compensating must be done in die designing.
