冲压成型回弹模拟的影响因素

摘    要:冲压仿真技术已经在模具的开发过程中得到了广泛地应用,但是随着对冲压件精度要求的不断提高,冲压件的成型回弹是一个新的难题。文章介绍了冲压成型回弹产生的原因及材料回弹的力学模型,阐述了在冲压成型回弹过程中的7个影响因素,指出大的压边力对回弹的抑制作用最为明显,为保证产品的尺寸合格,必须在模具设计时适当地补偿回弹。

Influencing Factors of Stamping Forming Rebound Simulation
Abstract:Stamping simulation technology has been widely used in stamping die development process. With continually increasing demands of the stamping precision, a new problem i.e. stamping forming rebound has been occurred. The causes of stamping forming rebound and the mechanics model of material rebound is introduced. And seven factors in the process of stamping forming rebound are described. It is indicated that the bigger blank pressing force is most obvious in restraining rebound. In order to ensure the dimensions check up, forming compensating must be done in die designing.
